Number and list the special dates (1. day, month, year) and their related meanings here for the appropriate number of squares. If you want to include photography, indicate that below and count each photo as one of your squares. (i.e. if you choose 12 squares, and supply 11 dates, then you will also provide 1 photo).

Allow 3-4 weeks from payment to delivery if you choose to have us quilt it. If you are simply ordering the quilt squares, allow 7-10 business days. DON'T FORGET To Get The Correct Dates. We Are Not Responsible For Printing Incorrect Dates That Are Supplied To Us Or Incorrect Dates You Approve On Your Proofs. No REFUNDS For Errors Beyond Our Control.
